Mad Max: Fury Road - May 15
"Haunted by his turbulent past, Mad Max believes the best way to survive is to wander alone. Nevertheless, he becomes swept up with a group fleeing across the Wasteland in a War Rig driven by an elite Imperator, Furiosa. They are escaping a Citadel tyrannized by the Immortan Joe, from whom something irreplaceable has been taken. Enraged, the Warlord marshals all his gangs and pursues the rebels ruthlessly in the high-octane Road War that follows."

I will probably try and see this in theatres. I loved the original Mad Max and I will be optimistic about this one even though I'm afraid of reboots. Trailer has lots of crazy looking action and looks similar to the original.
Ted 2 - June 26
"Seth MacFarlane returns as writer, director and voice star of Ted 2, Universal and Media Rights Capital’s follow-up to the highest-grossing original R-rated comedy of all time."
-Universalpictures.com
I thought the original was hilarious. Definitely going to see this one, just not sure if its something I need to see in the theatre. I'll wait for home release.
Terminator: Genisys - July 1
"The Terminator franchise launched in 1984 with Arnold Schwarzenegger as the title character and spanned three subsequent films, which have earned more than $1 billion at the worldwide box office. When John Connor (Jason Clarke), leader of the human resistance, sends Sgt. Kyle Reese (Jai Courtney) back to 1984 to protect Sarah Connor (Emilia Clarke) and safeguard the future, an unexpected turn of events creates a fractured timeline. Now, Sgt. Reese finds himself in a new and unfamiliar version of the past, where he is faced with unlikely allies, including the Guardian (Arnold Schwarzenegger), dangerous new enemies, and an unexpected new mission: To reset the future…"

Pretty excited for this movie. It's suppose to tie all the other Terminator movies together. Arnold is back as the "good" Terminator which is his more popular role. Most likely seeing this one in the theatres because I have a feeling this may be the last unless there is a spinoff planned. Kyle Reese could be a good character for a solo movie.
Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation - July 31
"Ethan and team take on their most impossible mission yet, eradicating the Syndicate - an International rogue organization as highly skilled as they are, committed to destroying the IMF."
-IMDb
More Mission: Impossible. They sure have cranked out a lot of these movies. The whole series has been hit or miss for me though. I liked Ghost Protocol, not so much the one before that but It's a super popular franchise so they are doing something right. I might wait for home release but if you liked them so far then go see it.
The Fantastic Four - August 7
"FANTASTIC FOUR, a contemporary re-imagining of Marvel’s original and longest-running superhero team, centers on four young outsiders who teleport to an alternate and dangerous universe, which alters their physical form in shocking ways. Their lives irrevocably upended, the team must learn to harness their daunting new abilities and work together to save Earth from a former friend turned enemy."
-Foxmovies.com
I really don't have high hopes for this movie. The previous two movies were terrible and I'm sorry to anyone reading this that liked them. They had potential but fell WAY short. For example: instead of getting in a brawl with Silver Surfer they save a ferris wheel full of people. It's a comic book action movie, that's what people want to see. The current one is a reboot and origin story and they are fighting Dr. Doom AGAIN.
Hitman: Agent 47 - August 28
"HITMAN: AGENT 47 centers on an elite assassin who was genetically engineered from conception to be the perfect killing machine, and is known only by the last two digits on the barcode tattooed on the back of his neck. He is the culmination of decades of research – and forty-six earlier Agent clones -- endowing him with unprecedented strength, speed, stamina and intelligence. His latest target is a mega-corporation that plans to unlock the secret of Agent 47’s past to create an army of killers whose powers surpass even his own. Teaming up with a young woman who may hold the secret to overcoming their powerful and clandestine enemies, 47 confronts stunning revelations about his own origins and squares off in an epic battle with his deadliest foe."

I liked the last Hitman movie, love the games too. Different actor playing Agent 47 this time. Still, looks pretty good and it will probably be a good movie for the theatres. I'm sure it will have loads of action too.
